So, after having crossed all of Russia, a total of more than six thousand kilometers, the Land Rover Discovery headed for Mongolia, with the arrival of the first antipode - the Chinese city of Enshi - to happen three weeks after the entrance. in Mongolian territory.
The 11 thousand kilometers of the Asian stage also passed through Laos, Thailand and Singapore, with the teams then flying to Australia. From where, after a week and 3,000 kilometers covered, they left for South America. Continent where the caravan reached the second antipode, near the city of La Serena, in Chile.
In the eighth week of the trip, the Land Rovers crossed the United States of America, from coast to coast, through 11 states and nine cities, after which they crossed the Atlantic Ocean, heading for Africa, departing through Morocco and Gibraltar, destined for Europe.
The crossing of the Old Continent lasted for a week, with the caravan arriving in Moscow, the city from which it had departed, on the 15th of August, 70 days and 70 thousand kilometers later.
In the end, and having done the math, the caravan completed 36 thousand kilometers of driving and 34 thousand kilometers of flight, having certified a total of 169 times, for 500 hours of driving. The provisions included, among other supplies, 500 l of coffee, 360 hamburgers and 130 smoothies.
