Mercedes-Benz EQS. Watch his revelation live

Anonim

So far revealed to "dropper", the Mercedes-Benz EQS it will be (finally) unveiled in its entirety today and the German brand wants everyone to be able to watch live the presentation of its top-of-the-range electric.

To this end, it will carry out an online public presentation, something that has become increasingly common and allows fans of the brands (or those who are curious) to get to know the new models first hand.

Scheduled for today at 5 pm (it's gone, you can find out all about the new Mercedes-Benz EQS in the article dedicated to it), you can follow the presentation live from this article.

The Mercedes-Benz EQS

Mercedes-Benz's new top-of-the-line electric saloon is the first to be built on EVA (Electric Vehicle Architecture), Mercedes-Benz's dedicated tram platform.

The new EQS will be available, at its launch, in two versions, one with rear-wheel drive and only a 333 hp engine (EQS 450+) and the other with all-wheel drive and two engines with 523 hp (EQS 580 4MATIC). The energy required will be guaranteed by two 400 V batteries: 90 kWh or 107.8 kWh, which allow it to reach a maximum autonomy of up to 770 km (WLTP).

As for performance, regardless of the version, the maximum speed is limited to 210 km/h.

At the moment, the interior was the only part of the EQS that we could see without camouflage.

Unusual is the fact that the new Mercedes-Benz EQS can have two interiors to choose from. As standard we have an interior that assumes a configuration at all similar to the new S-Class (W223), which you can see above.

However, as an option, we can opt for the brand new MBUX Hyperscreen, which “transforms” the dashboard into what appears to be a single mega-screen — in fact, the uninterrupted glazed surface across the entire width of the interior “hides” three screens.

141cm wide, 8-core processor, 24GB of RAM and a sci-fi movie look is what MBUX Hyperscreen has to offer, along with promised improved usability.
8 CPU cores, 24 GB RAM and 46.4 GB per second RAM memory bandwidth.
