Coming from the world of three-dimensional renderings composed in clay, with the latest creation by Designer Olli Teittinen. But does this V12 Golbin concept have the “supercar factor” in its DNA, or is it just a carnival disguise?
When Olli Teittinen went into his project of designing the V12 Goblin Concept, the only thing on his mind was to create something unique but at the same time incredibly shocking in the world of supercars. Without forgetting all the detail work that makes up the V12 Goblin Concept, this green gnome almost hypnotizes us with its complex angular shapes.
Olli Teittinen started by creating the first sketches in orthogonal projections of the front and rear, a process in which the three-dimensional view is converted to the two-dimensional plane.
Front-to-rear, Olli Teittinen knew he had to incorporate as much detail as the never-ending villain Spider-Man superhero, and since the Green Goblin is a tech-intensive villain, the V12 Goblin Concept would have to incorporate the same features.
The V12 Goblin Concept has supercar dimensions: at 4.55m in length, 1.90m in width and a height of 1.10m, it is the size of a true gnome.
Self-respecting supercar must have a kit of unique wheels and a truly radical design, with that in mind, Olli Teittinen designed from the ground up the wheels that could give the most aggressive profile possible to the V12 Goblin Concept.
To finish off all the work, the painting was missing, and paying due homage to the villain Green Goblin, the iridescent pearl green was the chosen color. It is the color that best highlights the malevolent character of the V12 Goblin Concept.
As a car design enthusiast, Olli Teittinen works as a car designer for the video game industry, but you never know if after this work new doors will not open, in an industry where more and more models seem to all have the same identity.
