The new Toyota GR Supra , controversies aside, it has turned out to be a very good sport, accompanied by a very healthy B58, BMW's turbo in-line six-cylinder — the announced 340 hp is somewhat conservative, as has been reported, with several trips to the power bank to demonstrate 30-40 hp more.
Argument reinforced by Litchfield Motors, the well-known British preparer, who already had the opportunity to “put their hands” on the new sports car. On his Maha power bank, “his” Supra stocked 381 hp (376 bhp) and 528 Nm (390 lb ft).
A good starting point for Litchfield Motors, which is already immersed in the process of developing its version of the new Toyota GR Supra. And although the project is still in its infancy, it has already presented the first results for a “simple” reprogramming through the OBD port.
And the results are promising—the B58 sees its numbers plummet to 425 hp (420 bhp) and 596 Nm (440 lb ft).

It's 85 hp more than the official numbers, just with the reprogramming — they haven't touched the intake and exhaust systems yet. The preparer has already said that it is testing exhaust systems from Milltek and Akrapovic, which will help to further inflate the numbers produced by the in-line six-cylinder.
The work will not be left with the engine, with the chassis of the Toyota GR Supra also receiving due attention from Litchfield Motors — new bearings (designed by themselves) are expected, as well as lowering kits, to complete sets from Bilstein and KW.
We will have to wait some more time to know the final product, at which time Litchfield Motors will also disclose the preparation prices.
