Skoda is one of the most inconvenient brands within the Volkswagen Group. Why? Something that has not pleased all the brands that make up the Volkswagen universe.
Result? Skoda has models that, in some cases, owe little or nothing to the Volkswagen brothers. And if we talk about SEAT, the scenario is similar, SEAT recently beat the Volkswagen Polo in Car of the Year 2018 in Portugal with the new Ibiza, and has now taken on the expenses of developing the CNG technology. Something unthinkable just a few years ago.

At the time of this test, this Laurin & Klement version had a base price of €49,195 — the tested version amounted to €51,270 (all details on the technical sheet), for which we have a spacious, comfortable van, with a good build quality. almost immune to criticism and a full engine, with 190 hp of power and 400 Nm of maximum torque.

In this video I compared the Skoda Superb Combi to premium models in the E segment. Something that can only shock those who have never sat behind the wheel of this Czech model. Naturally, face to face with the best students from the German executives' school, the Skoda Superb Break loses in some important points. The interior doesn't show the same care in the choice of materials, the same attention to detail, or the most advanced technologies.
But it is not the Skoda Superb that is in a bad plan, these models are the ones that are on a higher level.
All true. But it is no less true that the distance to these “good students” has never been so small, and it is important not to forget the space. In terms of interior space, the Skoda Superb Combi doesn't have any complex to be compared even with its more affluent cousin of the ring brand.
The Skoda Superb Break is a good product with no asterisks. If the symbol on the grille is not a determining factor when choosing your next car, and you are looking for a van with space to organize a congress inside, take a look at the Skoda Superb Combi.
