This bra was designed specifically for the post-mastectomy period, innovating in design by eliminating several features of traditional bras that cause discomfort after surgery.
Designed by industrial designer Lisa Marks, this bra fuses traditional methods — the technique of weaving complex patterns dates back to the 19th century. XVI — with advanced 3D modeling using algorithms, to produce a three-dimensional tracery, allowing each bra to be unique, perfectly adapted to its wearer. Hence the name of the project, “ Algorithmic Lace“.
The result is a garment that harmoniously combines form and function, with a positive impact on the patient's image, while providing all the personalized support needed.
