Inspired by the celebrations of “World Emoji Day” (yes, this day does exist), Ford decided to get down to work and solve a problem that, until now, we had not even realized existed.
Apparently, in the vast world of emoji (there are more than 3000 in all), there was none that represented the preferred body shape of the American public: the pick-up truck.
Now, to please all those who have already faced the impossibility of sending an emoji representing the famous pick-ups, Ford presented a proposal for a new emoji to the Unicode Consortium (the organization that analyzes and approves proposals for new emoji) in 2018.

Thus, the American brand created the pick-up emoji (which is especially similar to the successful F-150). That said, we just need to wait to know if it will be approved by the Unicode Consortium and if we will be able to use it from 2020.
