Identifying pedestrians on the road and projecting symbols on the floor will become a reality.
it's called Digital Light and it is the new lighting technology from Mercedes-Benz – a technology that could be included in future models of the brand. Through an algorithm that collects information from cameras and radars spread around the vehicle, this system is able to identify obstacles on the road and distribute the light spots properly.

One of the great new features is the possibility of automatically projecting high resolution warnings or symbols on the road, as you can see in the images below. In addition, this lighting system uses the Multi Beam technology , with more than a million micro-mirrors in each of the headlamps, just like the F015 prototype presented last year. In total, each model will have more than 8 thousand individual LED's.
