Caetano Auto has provided a fleet of 13 Toyota vehicles to the Portuguese Red Cross to help travel professionals across the country who carry out vaccinations against Covid-19.
Caetano Auto decided to team up with the Portuguese Red Cross in this difficult period to face the existing shortage in terms of means of travel to meet current needs.
As part of the “I help those who help” action, several vehicles were made available to the institution's professionals so that they can always have mobility and be with those who need it most. “We want to demonstrate our recognition of the noble work carried out by these professionals and contribute to the common effort”, emphasizes Caetano Auto, in a statement.
This is not the first time that Caetano Auto has teamed up with the Portuguese Red Cross in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

The company previously carried out a food collection action entitled “Caetano Auto Solidária” in which, for a month, food and hygiene items were collected and delivered to the eleven branches of the Portuguese Red Cross.
These initiatives, in addition to promoting the solidarity side of Caetano Auto, reflect that corporate social responsibility is an essential factor at a time when many families are going through a difficult time.
