The Honda Insight arrived in Portugal in 2009, and since then Honda has been improving this model to make it more efficient and aerodynamic. Ah! And less “ugly”.
After so much improvement, Honda has just launched, in the Portuguese market, the most recent evolution of the Japanese hybrid. At our disposal, there are two distinct equipment levels, the Elegance ( from €21,900 ) and the Exclusive ( from €24,100).
The differences between the old Insight and the new Insight are several, in addition to the renewed exterior, the entire interior has been improved, but the mechanical modifications are the big news, as this is the first model from the Japanese brand to achieve CO2 emissions below those 100 g/km. Not bad…
Another good news is the improvement in fuel consumption, despite continuing with the same 1.3 liter gasoline engine and the same electric motor, the aerodynamic changes and the greater efficiency of the combustion engine/transmission ratio allow the new Insight to be more efficient and much friendlier to our wallets.
