That Elon Musk, the owner and CEO of Tesla, is an unusual personality, no one doubts. Confirming it, what is the most recent idea of the multimillionaire: invite the brand's customers to participate in the construction of a Tesla.
In another of his publications on the social network Twitter, Musk reveals the possibility of inviting customers, as part of the visits that are already made to the factory, to participate in the construction of one of the pieces used in the models of the North American brand. An experience that, the manager believes, could be “super-fun”.
Elon Musk on TwitterI'm thinking of offering a new option on Tesla's factory visits, where customers can participate in the construction of one of the car's components and see how they are fitted to the car. I think it would be a super fun experience, not only as a kid, but today as an adult.

Build, to build loyalty
It should be noted that visits to car factories have been gaining admirers in recent years, from the outset, because the possibility for customers to see their cars being built, ends up contributing to a greater connection to the brand.
As for the possibility of customers building one of the parts to be applied in the car they will own, Musk admits that "it can be difficult, even for reasons related to the assembly line". “But it's still an aspect to consider”, he adds.
Was thinking of offering an extended Tesla factory tour option where you could help build part of a car & understand how they come together. I know it would have been super fun for me when I was a kid (or now).

In a brand that has been struggling with production problems, this hypothesis may, however, have a more negative side. Namely, further delaying a production that continues to try to make up for lost time.
