Citroën Ami as a police vehicle? It's going to happen on a greek island

Anonim

With the aim of contributing to the transformation of the small island of Halki, Greece, into a sustainable and zero-emissions mobility area, Citroën has made available a fleet of six zero-emission vehicles, including two Ami, two ë-C4, one ë- Spacetourer and an ë-Jumpy.

One of the Ami, the French brand's new electric quadricycle, will be handed over to the Police, while the other will be handed over to the Coast Guard.

The two ë-C4 and the ë-Spacetourer will be delivered to Halki Municipality, while the ë-Jumpy will be in the service of the Halki Energy Community.

The delivery of these six vehicles by Citroën, through the Greek importer Syngelidis Group — the first step to electrify the entire fleet, including combustion, on the island — is part of a broader plan (Action “Chalki Green – Smart Island”) that involves more partners and the Greek government to transform Halki into a “zero emissions” economy.

In addition, these two Police and Coast Guard Citroën Ami will make the electric quadricycle known to the public before starting its sale to private individuals in the Greek market in early 2022 (for now it is only available to companies).
