SEAT, which makes the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona its headquarters, is inspired by the light of this city to design the shapes of its cars. And it was under the light of Lisbon that we put the design and technology of the smallest SUV of the Spanish brand to the test.

The visibility and the higher driving position, typical of SUVs, greatly help to anticipate obstacles and dodge traffic.
But because we are fallible, the SEAT Arona has the latest technologies to support driving: emergency city braking (with pedestrian detection), traffic sign reader, blind spot detection and assistance with maintenance in the lane, they are just some of the systems that make life easier for us in our daily lives and that save us from other inconveniences.

It is through this screen that we can pair our smartphone, listen to music, talk to friends, share images or simply plan our day.

The importance of design
In theory, all cars are created with one purpose: to transport people from one location to another. However, if this were the only reason cars are built, all cars would be innocuous and insipid machines.
