Used in the movie “A View to A Kill”, starring Roger Moore, this Renault 11 is one of three units used to film one of the most unusual chases James Bond has ever been involved in. . In this one, the spy “borrows” a taxi that, due to some incidents, makes acrobatic jumps, loses the roof and ends up… cut in half.
In an era when there were no current special effects, the sequel was in charge of the French double Remy Julienne who used three Renault 11 TXE 1.7 l: one complete, one without a roof and another cut in half without a roof. Orlando Auto Museum put up for sale.

Doing justice to the missions of the spy who served for a few minutes, the price of this Renault 11 divided into two was not revealed. However, taking into account that the complete copy was sold in 2008 at auction for 4200 pounds (about 4895 euros) the most likely is that this unit will be sold for a higher price.
