It doesn't even seem to have passed five minutes after our test at the BMW M4 Competition and we are already in a position to bring you the spy photos, exclusively nationally, of the future variants of the M3 and M4, namely the unprecedented M3 Touring and the more predictable M4 Cabrio .

Starting with the most anticipated M3 Touring , this was caught “playing” in the snow in her winter tests. We still have to wait a little longer for it, as it will only happen during the next year, 2022.

Its launch will take place later this year, with recent information advancing that production will start next July, so it is expected that its commercialization can start by the end of the summer.

By dispensing with the metal roof of its predecessor — as we saw in the new 4 Series Convertible — it is to be expected that the difference in weight for the M4 Coupé will be substantially reduced compared to the approximately 250 kg that the previous generation registered. Which will be good news, considering that the new M3 and M4 “got fat” a lot compared to their predecessors.
