More than any other vehicle, “Pão de Forma” has always been synonymous with freedom, fun and long leisure trips. And as an icon, he deserves to be respected and treated like a king. With this in mind, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles created a department especially dedicated to preserving its heritage: Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Oldtimers.
Established in 2007, the team has expanded rapidly over the past five years. These specialists have recovered and restored around 100 vehicles which, from now on, can be purchased with detailed documentation by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles employees as well as external customers. In order to carry out this project, Oldtimers started, at the beginning of this year, the construction of a new pavilion, in the Hannover complex, with a total area of approximately 7,000 square meters.

A unique and essential formality: only here is it possible to receive a certificate of the restoration carried out on your vehicle. In addition, each customer is provided with complete documentation of the vehicle's restoration, in which each step is not only photographed but also written in detail.
