The new Volvo XC90 already has, two and a half months from launch, close to 24,000 pre-orders. Customers who have never driven it, most have not even seen it live.

Halfway through its launch phase, the new Volvo XC90 has already registered around 24,000 pre-orders – close to half the expected volume for the entire year, a clear indication of interest in the new model. The first customer deliveries of the new XC90 are scheduled for late spring.

“The fantastic reception to the new Volvo XC90 gives us confidence that the car will meet our customers' high expectations,” says Alain Visser, Senior Vice President Marketing, Sales and Customer Service at Volvo Cars. “We are also well positioned to offer another record year of sales across the range,” he adds.
