Alternatively, you can contact the brand through 808 30 89 89 or at [email protected].

if you have one SEAT you can also check if your car has been affected. if your car is a Skoda the Czech brand also provides the same service for you on its website, via the ŠKODA Call Center (808 50 99 50) or at the brand's dealers.

In a statement the brand says it is working hard to quickly find a technical solution to the problem. Once again, the group underlines that problems related to anomalies in nitrogen oxide emissions do not jeopardize the safety of the affected vehicles, allowing them to circulate without danger.

“We regret to inform you that the Type EA189 engine of your vehicle with Chassis Number xxxxxxxxxxxx you submitted is affected by the software causing discrepancies in the oxides of nitrogen (NOx) values ​​during dynamometer tests”
