Injini yeFerrari FF engu-6.3 litre engu-V12 emkhathini isithuthukisiwe futhi manje isinikeza amandla angu-680 hp no-697 Nm – okuyintuthuko enkulu uma kuqhathaniswa nezibalo ezedlule. Ngokusho komkhiqizo, ukusheshisa ukusuka ku-0 kuye ku-100 km/h kutholwa ngemizuzwana engu-3.4 (ngaphansi kwemizuzwana engu-0.3) kanti ijubane eliphezulu lihlala ku-335 km/h.Ngaphandle, iFerrari GTC4Lusso igcina isici sesitayela “sebhuleki lokudubula” semodeli yangaphambili, kodwa ngokubukeka okunemisipha nokuqondile.
