Anticipating a world premiere that should be tomorrow, December 12th, the new BMW M3 saloon and BMW M4 coupé show their face after a breakout of images.
With a power that should be around 430 hp, each of these proposals demonstrates to accompany – at least in terms of appearance, what had been anticipated by BMW. Starting with the BMW M3, its new face is more aggressive, with large air intakes marking the final appearance in a strong way. The carbon fiber roof is another rumor confirmed in the photographs, as well as the traditional aerodynamic rear-view mirrors, a business card for the M division that history preserves and the future doesn't want to erase.
To acquire the visual status of a true sports car, the new wheels and golden brake shoes are joined by an equally redefined rear, but which retains an exhaust arrangement (4) that is nothing strange to us. The image is preserved, not forgetting the evolution and following the trend of the other models of the Bavarian brand that receive the magic touch of M Power.
The new BMW M4 coupé is an absolute first, more than a new model, it represents a whole new phase. This new acronym fully accompanies the BMW M3 saloon, where only the more agile «look» is highlighted by the coupé bodywork, remaining, in general, faithful to the line of the most versatile BMW M3. The golden color is the same as the concept presented at Pebble Beach at the Concours d’Elegance and like the BMW M3, the BMW M4 also features a carbon fiber roof.
Regarding the engine, under the hood of both we should find a 3.0 liter engine, six in a bi-turbo line. With an expected power of 430 hp and over 500 nm of maximum torque, these models should easily acquire the status of “ballistic”. We can only wait for the official data!
